What you’ll be doing
Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of fantastic Support WorkersWorking alongside the Service Manager to keep services running smoothlyChampioning person-centred care and positive outcomesMaking sure standards, safety, and quality are never compromisedDriving continuous improvement and setting the tone for excellenceTaking part in a 24-hour rotational on-call rota What we’re looking for
Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environmentA natural leader with energy, resilience, and heartFlexible, organised, and ready to step up when it mattersPassionate about helping people live independent, fulfilling lives The Lifeways Choice
