About this role
As a Van Driver & Logistics Operator, you are the link between our workshop and our customers. You will be responsible for carrying out daily logistics operations across Brussels and throughout Belgium, ensuring that every customer receives a scooter that meets our quality standards. You will be one of the faces of MUTE on the road and will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities Deliveries & Collections Deliver electric scooters to customers. Collect scooters requiring maintenance or repairs. Carry out vehicle swaps when needed. Load and unload scooters safely and efficiently. Logistics Operations Optimize routes to maximize operational efficiency. Keep the company van clean, organized and in good condition. Report any damage or operational issues concerning transported vehicles. Customer Service Represent MUTE professionally during every customer interaction. Introduce customers to the basic operation of their scooter upon delivery. Answer basic customer questions. Ensure every delivery reflects the high service standards of MUTE. Operational Support When deliveries are completed, you will support the workshop and logistics team by: Moving scooters within the warehouse. Preparing vehicles for delivery. Cleaning and inspecting scooters. Charging and handling batteries safely. Assisting the operations team based on daily priorities. We are looking for someone who is reliable, proactive and enjoys working independently. Requirements Valid Category B driving licence (mandatory). Comfortable driving a delivery van in urban environments. Reliable, punctual and well organized. Careful with equipment and company vehicles. Able to work independently while maintaining high quality standards. Physically fit, as the role involves loading and unloading electric scooters. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, deliveries or transportation. Interest in electric vehicles or sustainable mobility. Experience in the mobility, automotive or technical sector is a plus. Good knowledge of Brussels and surrounding areas. Languages Good command of English and French. Dutch is an advantage but is not required. What We Offer 6-month full-time contract (38 hours per week), with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI) based on performance and business needs.
