Account specific roles and responsibilitiesPrepare, validate, and process payroll data accurately and on scheduleOrganize and maintain employee and payroll recordsReceive reports via email, sort and organize them appropriately for client reviewEnsure updated and accurate tracking systems for all payroll activitiesCollaborate with team members on report edits and updates Maintain confidentiality of employee data and payroll records.Communicate effectively through email and internal platforms to coordinate tasks and delegate responsibilities.
Requirements
1 - 3 years experience of Payroll processingExperience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos or similar)Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
