Account specific roles & responsibilities:
Work with the census team to review and process patient admissions Create required facility forms, including 3559s and IVFs Review online insurance queries to verify patient benefits and eligibility Obtain and print eligibility information from insurance portals Contact insurance companies to request proof of coverage when needed Confirm that insurance information in the portal is accurate and appropriate Obtain and document reference numbers for all insurance verification calls Requirements
6 months - 1 year BPO experience in a US Healthcare accountGood working knowledge with medical billing / CensusFamiliar with US Healthcare Insurance (Medicare, Medicaid)Excellent verbal & written English skills Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift
