- Identification of new business and growth areas in aviation training - Conducting market, trend, and competitive analyses with a focus on new technologies and methods - Initiating, supporting, and managing innovation and research projects - Developing and implementing pilot projects and proofs of concept - Ensuring a transparent innovation and decision-making process - Establishing an Innovation Competence Center - Maintaining a network of internal experts as well as technology partners, startups, universities, and research institutions - Representing LAT at innovation events, conferences, a
