Account specific roles and responsibilities
Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities. Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements. Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance AccountGood working knowledge with Verification of Benefits Good verbal and written English skillsKnowledge with MS ToolsMust be willing to work on-site in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftsBenefits
