Job Description:
Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. Requirements
At least 6 months of BPO work experience Good to excellent verbal and written English skills Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Ability to remain calm under pressure Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati or Shaw, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits
