Account Specific Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate customer account records and apply payments correctly. Monitor outstanding receivables and identify overdue accounts. Process various payment types and ensure accurate system posting. Perform weekly/monthly AR reconciliations and prepare aging and financial reports. Investigate billing issues, coordinate with internal teams, and issue credit notes or adjustments when needed.Requirements
Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 6 months work experience in Billing and InvoicingExperience with any accounting software (QuickBooks is an advantage)Proficiency in using MS Excel (SUM, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Query Function)High analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable to working night shiftBenefits
