Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently. Research medications and treatments using trusted online resources, including Google and clinical databases, to understand their use and relevance to requests. Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed. Track and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals. Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes. Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare AccountKnowledge in submitting and processing Prior-Authorization is a PLUSGood verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
