Account specific roles and responsibilitiesManage AR processes specific to revenue cycle managementHandle accounts related to Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance (including Humana)Process and reconcile co-insurance and employer compensation accountsReview and work on unbilled reports, ensuring all claims are submitted promptly and accuratelyResearch and resolve payment discrepancies and denialsMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up notes in the systemCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with billing and payer requirements
Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling Accounts Receivable or Revenue Cycle Management (Healthcare Account)Good working knowledge with Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance (Humana) Proficient in using MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Etc.)Good verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
