Responsibilities:
Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments. Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions. Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Assist in month-end closing procedures. Participate in the preparation of financial reports. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.At least 6 months experience in accounts payable or general accounting.Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shiftBenefits
