Make an impact ― Responsible for design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness for Jewelry products. ― Develop and maintain process documentation, technical instructions, and manufacturing parameters. ― Assist in new product development activities, including process setup, trial runs, and production ramp-up. ― Monitor manufacturing performance and support troubleshooting of process, tooling, and production-related issues. ― Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. ― Support tooling and jig readiness through testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities. ― Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Bring your magic We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: ― Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related majors. ― Ideally 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production engineering, or a related field. ― Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing interpretation; experience with NX or Rhino is an advantage. ― Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. ― Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ― Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
