About this role
[What the role is] Reporting to the Project Manager, the temporary Executive supports the Project Management Office (PMO)’s administrative and operational functions for the Student Attainment & Records (STAR) system. [What you will be working on] This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and adherence to project standards to achieve objectives, providing the following support:
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, and minutes of meeting • Provide support for procurement activities, such as raising purchase requests, coordinating with vendors, and tracking procurement status • Assist in the setup and maintenance of a conducive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment, including logistical arrangements and materials preparation • Maintain and update project documentation and records in accordance with PMO standards • Monitor project timelines and follow up on action items to support operational continuity • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentations with minimal supervision • Provide administrative and logistical support to the project team as required

• Qualifications in any discipline with some prior work experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong coordination, organisational, and time management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Experience in supporting project teams in a fast-paced environment and/or procurement with the Public Sector is an advantage
