Assistant Trade Development Manager – Import Short Sea

We are looking for an Assistant Trade Development Manager to support the Trade Manager by overseeing the Short Sea Trade department. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure excellent service delivery, and maintain strong communication across the business and with MSC Geneva.

Support the Trade Manager to maximise growth opportunities for the TradeOrganise and hold one to one meetings and team meetingsDefine & review individual performance contracts and in conjunction with MSC standards.Develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours of team membersBuild close relationships with origin agents, MSC Geneva Liners & ClientsMaintain a close working relationship with other parts of the business on behalf of the dept.Assist with any reports, statistics, analysis and market researchManaging meetings to both internal and external audiencesEnsure training and competency plans are in place for each member of staff and monitor in line with performance development reviews Skills and experience you’ll bring to us
