Hertfordshire Community Trust has an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals to support children and young people, their families and schools within the Experts at Hand Model.
We are looking for 3 WTE Band 7 Senior Positive Behaviour Analysts to bring skills and experience of working within schools. The successful candidates will also join or large and innovative team of clinicians and assistants working within our community service.

Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the MDT to deliver universal and targeted support to children, young people and their families within education settings
The ideal candidate will:
maintain a high degree of professionalism when working in settings with a highly emotive atmosphere with multi-disciplinary Teams demonstrate extensive knowledge and skills of behaviour analysis and approaches. demonstrate extensive knowledge and skills of sensory processing differences for children and young people. be flexible in their approach and have resilience under pressure work both in a team environment and autonomously demonstrate a high level ofknowledge and understanding of working with children, young people, families and schools. Demonstrate a high level knowledge and experience of implementing reasonable adjustments and inclusive practices demonstrate Neuroaffirmitive practices We can offer you:

This is a permanent post based across Hertfordshire. The base will be agreed to meet service needs and demand. There might also be an opportunity for a proportion of their time to be home working (to be discussed with your manager).
In addition to the basic salary, some posts attract a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum and a maximum payment per annum, pro rata where applicable, depending on base.
For this role you will need to have a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)

Person Specification
interview Essential
Masters degree in positive behaviour support or behaviour analysis. UK BA Cert and Member of the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis in good standing order. Very experienced in supporting with children, young people and their families with implementing positive behaviour support. Independent and autonomous clinician The right to live and work in the UK. Postholders are required to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use with business insurance (unless the member of staff has a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
