Job summary
Nurse Associate
We are looking for a Band 4 Nursing associate. You will be working as part of the Taunton and have direct contact with patients, service users or clients in providing high quality and compassionate care for people with nursing needs in endoscopy unit across Musgrove and Bridgewater community hospital.
Our Band 4 Practitioners work at a level above that of healthcare support workers and have a more in-depth understanding about factors that influence health and ill-health for people. Applicants must be fully qualified with a NMC pin.
Main duties of the job
To provide healthcare to patients as delegated by the Registered Nurse. This care will involve physical care and activities which promote health and wellbeing for patients
To work as part of a team, delivering health care that focus on the direct needs of the patient
To work autonomously within the clearly defined boundaries of their role and carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the registered nurse
To provide planned nursing care and treatment to patients as required by Endoscopy service. Please read the Job description attached before submitting your application.
