Job SummaryThis position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-9 through GS-11. You will serve as a Supply Logistics/Property Management Specialist in the Corporate Operations Department, Property Management Division (Code 107) of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-2 pay band (GS-5 through GS-8 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying basic analytical and evaluative techniques to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply and property management programs. Major DutiesYou will support financial and audit functions within the Supply Support or the General Equipment (GE) Branch.You will aid and perform tasks related to Operating Materials and Supplies and General Equipment (GE) life-cycle management.You will perform all necessary Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and applicable system transactions, review and adhere to business rules and practices, and aid in identifying system and process inefficiencies.You will assist with logistics operations by coordinating and facilitating the transportation, shipping, and delivery requirements of equipment and materials to support NSWC Dahlgren Division mission objectives.You will perform property reconciliations for equipment and material added and removed from ERP.You will aid in tasking associated with the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) audits for the Property Management Division.You will aid in material inventory duties to include counting, tagging and performing system transactions.You will aid in tasking supporting Government Furnished Property (GFP) and General Equipment On-Loan inventory requirements.
