Job SummaryYou will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE, SHIPYARD COMMANDER of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

QualificationsGS--11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience assisting with execution of records management programs, and projects of significant scope and mission impact. *Experience gathering, interpreting, analyzing, and correlating large amounts of narrative and statistical information. *Experience ensuring directives and forms are within scope of the originating organization's delegated authority and functions. *Experience preparing reports describing problems that are recurring or causing significant delays or costs, the corrections needed or taken and the need for additional time or resources. *Experience reviewing controls and monitoring the management of directives and forms for possible improved or expanded used, consolidation or elimination. GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience representing the organization's interest, providing guidance, direction, and policy to all personnel as authorized. *Experience recommending required changes and adjustments to assure proper and adequate accomplishment of major goals and objectives. *Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring reporting systems affecting programs with interrelated functions and operations. *Experience analyzing, evaluating, and verifying, and correlating basic data to support studies and recommendations. *Experience preparing agenda items, presentations, and reports. Major DutiesYou will assist the Command Records Manager (CRM) to develop various database set-ups, guidelines, procedures, and other similar material to maintain Portsmouth Naval Shipyard’s Records Managements.You will serve as a source of information to the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Records Management Program and Portsmouth Naval shipyard personnel.You will analyze, extract, summarize, and identify significant trends and issues.You will manage, develop, and improve various administrative directives and forms for the shipyard.
