Overview: To support timely, accurate, and decision-friendly licensing reporting by collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting licensing and related operational data for management, committees, and institutional reporting. The role will help maintain dashboards, recurring reports, data quality checks, and inter-departmental coordination for reliable licensing management information. Key Responsibilities: • Compile, clean, validate, and analyze data relating to licensing applications, approvals, pending cases, processing timelines, license status, and compliance activities. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and need-based licensing reports, presentations, dashboards, charts, and concise analytical summaries for management and committee use. • Maintain and update BI dashboards and recurring management reports using approved data sources, reporting formats, and reporting cycles. Monitor key licensing indicators and highlight trends, variances, delays, exceptions, data gaps, and issues requiring management attention. • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect, clarify, validate, reconcile, and follow up on required reporting inputs within agreed timelines. Ensure reported figures are supported by available source records and distinguish, where applicable, between submitted, verified, projected, and approved information. • Support practical improvements, standardization, and partial automation of recurring reports, dashboards, templates, and data consolidation processes. • Prepare clear internal communications, reporting notes, and management summaries in a professional and timely manner; Licensing performance dashboards and recurring management reports. • Provide administrative and analytical support to Licensing Operations as required. Experience Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant in data analysis, business intelligence, management reporting, performance monitoring, licensing operations, or related areas. • Demonstrated hands-on experience in preparing dashboards and recurring management reports is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in internal communication and inter-departmental coordination for data collection, validation, reporting, follow-ups, resolve data gaps or management-information requirements is mandatory. Essential Skills & Competencies: • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. • Strong command of Power BI or a comparable business intelligence and reporting tool, including the ability to independently develop, update, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise internal communication. • Team player, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Education Requirements: • Minimum bachelor’s degree (16 years) Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another relevant quantitative discipline from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC.
