Job Scale/ Grade: Manager/Specialist (Level 2) Min. Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, monitoring, or audit. The position is based in Islamabad. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, timeliness, and technical accuracy of the data relevant to Monitoring and evaluation. This position serves as the primary filter on data collected in line with regulatory and statutory implications which is including but not limited to biannual reporting and its compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Biannual Reporting Cycle: Lead the end-to-end execution of the regular monitoring mechanism, ensuring 100% timely submission and technical validation of progress reports from all related external stakeholders. 2. Evidence-Based Verification: Transition compliance assessments from narrative summaries to Competency-Based Evidence, verifying and validating technical milestones. 3. Risk & Deviation Management: Utilize the Compliance Risk Map to proactively identify regulatory/statutory deviations and high-risk entities, recommending corrective actions or formal rectification notices/actions. 4. Cross-Functional Data Integration: Collaborate with other departments to cross-reference data with external systems to ensure validation. Essential Skills & Competencies: • Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of regulatory mechanisms. • Analytical Skillset: Command on Microsoft office and ability to interpret financial statements and business plans. • Communication: Exceptional drafting skills for formal regulatory correspondence and "alignment-focused" organizational assessments. • Integrity: High ethical standards to manage sensitive data and ensure unbiased enforcement of regulations. Education Requirements: • Minimum academic qualification for this role is a graduate/bachelor's degree (16 years) in relevant fields from a national or foreign university recognized by HEC. • Master’s degree and Experience in working in public sector is a plus.
