About this role
We are looking for a desktop application developer with prior experience. However, a developer experienced in large projects might find our structure too limited. Therefore, we propose selecting a mid-level developer with at least two years of experience who has already managed small projects from start to finish and demonstrates autonomy. They must also be a good communicator, comfortable both in front of a screen and with the clients they will be supporting. Sharing information with colleagues is essential. The development projects they will be responsible for will primarily be desktop applications for Windows (see Development Platform below). Consequently, we require the developer to have proven experience in UI (User Interface) design. Technically speaking: Microsoft Visual Studio .NET development platform Windows desktop applications: Thorough knowledge of WinForms and/or WPF development Languages: C# and VB.NET (at least proficiency in one of these languages and a good understanding of the other) Other: Good understanding of SharePoint and its automation using .NET (C# and/or VB.NET) Understanding of enterprise networks (Active Directory, etc.) Databases: Knowledge of SQL, specifically MySQL (our database system) 3-day on-site/2-day remote work schedule, but this could change.
