Take part in the development of software specifications and architectures based on needs expressed by rail experts Develop and maintain software components (detailed design, coding, code reviews and testing) Perform integration and functional testing of these components in the final products, using physical and digital test platforms Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, methods, and tools Stay up to date with technological developments in the field Coordinate software development activities within your scope Contribute to planning, progress tracking, and QCD commitments Participate in software change management (CCB) Identify and escalate risks impacting delivery or quality Mandatory skills: Master's degree or engineering degree (BAC +5) in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecom, Automation, Electricity, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a similar technical field is mandatory. Experience & technical background > 5 years of experience in real-time embedded software development Solid experience in development for complex systems Proven exposure to railway or other safety-critical environments Experience in technical leadership or coordination roles Fluent in English and French Location Charleroi Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
