About the Position -- Field Agent As a Field Agent , you will be responsible for preparing rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs) for customer use and ensuring they meet company standards and are road-safe at all times. This includes carrying out thorough inspections, completing vehicle check-outs upon return, and handling the necessary administrative follow-up. You will also be responsible for: Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks Ensuring the fleet remains in good working condition Identifying and reporting technical or safety issues Taking appropriate action within your scope of responsibility Typical technical tasks may include tyre changes, brake pad replacement, and simple bodywork repairs. This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time physically demanding and busy. The right candidate should be structured, hands-on, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with the operations and front desk team. We offer several onboarding timelines throughout the season. While the first start date is 20/04 , it is possible to begin later depending on availability and operational needs. Please indicate your preferred start period in your application. The working language of the company is English . Norwegian is not compulsory.
