Overview: The aim of this internship is to prepare a new team member to join Caixa Mágica Software’s Marketing and Commercial team , contributing to the company’s marketing, communication and business development activities. The internship will provide hands-on experience in Marketing and Communication, combining marketing initiatives with direct client interaction and close collaboration across Marketing and Commercial activities. What will you do? Develop B2B Marketing and lead generation initiatives; Identify and research potential clients, markets and target audiences; Directly contact and follow up with potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels; Create content and communication materials to promote the company’s products, services and brand; Prepare presentations and materials to support communication with clients and prospects; Conduct market and competitor research; Support Marketing campaigns, events and digital communication channels; Manage and update lead and contact information in CRM tools. What are we looking for? Eligible for an IEFP internship; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field; Knowledge of Marketing and Communication; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Confidence and ease in communicating directly with clients and potential clients; Interest in B2B Marketing, Communication and Lead Generation; Proactivity and confidence in identifying and approaching potential clients; Ability to adapt messages and communication to different audiences; Market research and analytical skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools is valued; Knowledge of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express or similar is valued; Literacy in Generative Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing and Communication, using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot; Strong organisational and time-management skills; Proactivity, autonomy and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
