Overview: One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Tableau Developer to join the team that is responsible for providing data, insights, and analysis to Global Markets front office. What will you do? Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability. Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize data queries for performance. Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to effectively use Tableau dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing dashboards. Maintain detailed documentation of all dashboards, reports, and data sources. Keep up to date with the latest Tableau features and best practices. What are we looking for? Professional experience as a Tableau Developer (minimum 2 years). Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data structures and business logic. Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to stakeholders. Data Engineering & ETL: Strong SQL skills with experience in database management (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ETL processes. Programming & Optimization: Professional experience with Python (primarily Pandas) and the optimization of data processes (efficient queries and memory management). DevOps & Visualization: Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and familiarity with other visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI). Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of and interest in financial markets.
