Experienced Line Cook ? Brunch Kitchen

Tartelette Bakery & Café is looking for an experienced and passionate *Line Cook* to join our team at our *Kanata location*. We are seeking someone who has strong experience preparing high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes in a fast-paced kitchen based on our own recipe.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items to our quality standards. * Set up and stock stations before each shift. * Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. * Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times. * Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during busy hours. * Assist with food preparation, inventory, and daily kitchen duties.
Qualifications
* Minimum *2 years of experience* as a line cook (brunch experience preferred). * Experience with eggs, breakfast items, sandwiches, and brunch service. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality. * Strong teamwork and communication skills. * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. * Food Handler Certification is an asset.
Schedule
* Full-time or Part-time * Morning shifts, including weekends and holidays is required
