Dream Lounge Cannabis is seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Budtender to join our team. This role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, keeping up to date with the latest & greatest cannabis products, maintaining an organized retail space, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers and provide knowledgeable guidance on products * Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs * Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including strains, formats, and effects * Process sales transactions accurately and complete daily cash-outs * Restock and organize inventory to ensure a clean retail environment * Adhere to all ID verification and compliance requirements
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in retail or customer service * Genuine enthusiasm for cannabis and solid understanding of current products and trends \*training provided\* * Must really enjoy chatting with lovely humans - strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self directed & dependable. * Detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Ability to handle cash and perform basic POS functions accurately * Must be 19+ and hold (or be able to obtain) BC?s Selling it Right certification * \*\*Weekend Availability\*\*
