*Pioneer Landscaping* is a well-established landscape construction, maintenance, and snow removal company serving Saskatoon and surrounding areas. We take pride in delivering high-quality landscaping services to both residential and commercial clients.
We?re expanding our team and seeking dedicated *Maintenance Crew Members* to join us.
*Position Overview*
As a *Maintenance Crew Member*, your responsibilities will vary:
*Maintenance Team Duties:*
* Mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, pruning, and debris removal * Seasonal tasks: spring/fall cleanup, power raking, aerating, leaf removal, parking lot sweeping, exterior cleaning, and snow removal * Irrigation system maintenance * Occasionally assisting with landscape construction projects (planting, mulch/rock application, paving stone installation, etc.)
*Requirements:*
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail * Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions * Willingness to learn and adapt * Team-oriented with good communication skills * Understand the importance of following and implementing safety protocols * Driver?s license and reliable transportation
*Assets:*
* Experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred * Irrigation system experience * Truck and trailer operation experience * Mechanically inclined
