Lynden Hills Dentistry is looking for a *Certified Level II Dental Assistant* to join our established and growing general dental practice in Brantford.

* *$28?$31/hour:* Certified NDAEB Level II Dental Assistant with HARP * *$31?$35/hour:* Experienced Level II Dental Assistant, typically with 3+ years of relevant clinical experience
Final compensation within these ranges will reflect experience, clinical capabilities, and overall fit for the position.
What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you'll work closely with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative team to provide an excellent experience for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Level II chairside dental assisting * Preparing operatories, instruments, and materials for procedures * Taking radiographs in accordance with HARP requirements * Supporting restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, surgical, pediatric, and other general dental procedures * Maintaining excellent infection prevention and sterilization standards * Supporting efficient patient flow and keeping the clinical day organized * Communicating with patients in a professional, caring, and confident manner * Maintaining accurate clinical documentation * Anticipating the needs of the dentist and patient during treatment * Supporting teammates and stepping in where needed * Contributing to an organized, positive, and patient-centred environment

Qualifications
*Required:*
* NDAEB Level II Dental Assistant certification * Current HARP qualification * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Commitment to excellent patient care and teamwork
*Experience:*
Clinical dental assisting experience is preferred. We especially welcome candidates with 3+ years of experience, although strong Level II candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
Current CPR/BLS, immunization documentation, and required infection prevention training will be required for the position. If any eligible training or certification needs to be updated, we can discuss arranging and covering the required renewal.
Office Hours
Our practice operates Monday through Friday with no evening or weekend shifts:

This is a full-time, permanent position. Specific working hours will be discussed with the successful candidate.
