We are hiring a *Full Time Dental Receptionist*. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a busy Canadian Dental Office, and is comfortable using Tracker and Recall Max. We are also willing to train an exceptional recent graduate from an accredited Canadian Dental Reception program.
_Please note, your application will not be considered if you do not have Canadian Dental Reception experience or have recently graduated from a Canadian Dental Reception Program. Applicants that do not meet one of these requirements will not be considered. _
*We are open Monday - Friday with one Saturday per month.*
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and mange the appointment schedule
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments accurately
- Submit insurance claims and assist with treatment estimates
- Coordinate referrals and maintain accurate patient records
- Support the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations
Qualifications:
- Experience with Tracker, and Recall Max is a strong asset
- Minimum one year of Canadian Dental Reception Experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance billing, and procedure codes
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
