*The Role*
We?re looking for a General Manager to lead store performance across guest experience, team development, and financial results. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for running all aspects of the business, perfect for someone who thrives on the floor rather than behind a desk.
*What You?ll Do*
* *Lead & Develop:* Manage, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Baristas. * *Elevate the Experience:* Ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all shifts and touchpoints. * *Drive Operations:* Oversee daily service flow, staffing, and on-the-floor troubleshooting. * *Manage the Metrics:* Control labour, COGS, and inventory to meet KPIs and overall financial store performance. * *Uphold Standards:* Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and brand consistency.
*What We?re Looking For*
* *Experience:* 1?3+ years of management experience in a café, restaurant, or high-volume retail environment. * *Leadership:* A proven track record of team development and conflict resolution. * *Business Acumen:* Solid understanding of labour management, cost control, and daily operations. * *Adaptability:* The ability to perform and keep a cool head in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * *Availability:* Flexible schedule required, including weekends.

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
