Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude * Handle shipping, printing, and packaging services * Answer phone calls and respond to emails * Supervise daily store operations and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
* Previous supervisory experience * Strong organisational and time management skills * Proficient typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word * Friendly, professional, and customer-focused * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
