About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Assemble, fit and install prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or finished products. Position, align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly. Fasten parts together using fastening and joining equipment. Make minor adjustments and repairs. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
