Job summary Package Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead our CQC-registered Brook Street Learning Disability respite service in Bexley. This is an exciting opportunity to take full operational leadership of a vital service, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Working in close partnership with the London Learning Disability Locality Manager, you will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and continuous improvement, ensuring the people we support receive the highest standard of care in a nurturing and supportive environment. Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
