Job summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our CQC-registered Learning Disability respite service in Beckton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full operational ownership of a well-established service, driving high standards of care and supporting a dedicated team to deliver safe, person-centred, and high-quality support. Working closely with the London Learning Disability Locality Manager, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery and ensuring positive outcomes for the people we support. Your key responsibilities include: Delivering Outstanding Care Ensuring individuals receive personalised support that promotes independence, dignity, choice, and inclusion, with care plans that reflect their evolving needs. Driving Quality & Compliance Overseeing CQC registration and ensuring the 5 & 7 Horse Leaze service meets all regulatory and statutory requirements, maintaining safe, effective, and well-led services at all times.

Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service and staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service.
