Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Printer Technician, IT Support Engineer, or someone in a similar role.We want someone with experience supporting printers, scanners, photocopiers, or MFD equipment.We are looking for someone able to provide remote support for print management solutions.We need someone who can work remotely and operate autonomously. Responsibilities: We will be repairing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of scanning, printing, and imaging equipment remotely.We will be providing remote IT support across office and school environments.We will be handling print management administration.We will be delivering customer service and system monitoring.We will be following security and compliance regulations.We will be working Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM, with a 1-hour lunch break, and may occasionally participate in on-call support.
