- Ability to commute to London
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of onsite IT support, resolving complex hardware, software, networking, and meeting room issues
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, user access, and endpoint configuration
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, device deployment, and IT asset management
- Support infrastructure upgrades, technical projects, and wider business improvements
- Troubleshoot issues and improve IT processes
