Requirements: Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and peripheral environments.Experience working with Windows PCs and appliance-style devices, including rebuilding, reimaging, and configuration.Ability to triage complex technical issues, reproduce faults, validate fixes, and support root-cause analysis.Experience setting up and managing test labs and facilitating technical workshops.Knowledge of USB devices, printers, serial connections, routers, and network connectivity.Ability to carry out basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling, and continuity testing.Strong technical documentation skills, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical partners.
