Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for an ambitious full stack software engineer who can build software from scratch and iterate quickly.We need strong technical skills across the full stack, primarily with Python and TypeScript.We expect experience with RESTful APIs, including FastAPI, React, and web technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.We value experience with LLMs and agentic AI.We are looking for someone with a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit who is curious and eager to learn.We need someone who is comfortable working in a start-up environment and with unstructured situations.We want a collaborative engineer with strong communication skills.We require a degree, with a minimum 2.1 BSc from a top-tier university; Computer Science or a closely related discipline is preferred, and MSc or PhD study is likely. Responsibilities: We want you to take ownership of the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications.You will work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and backend services through to frontend development, CI/CD, and deployment on Azure.You will collaborate closely with our founding team to influence technical direction and solve complex engineering challenges.You will help establish the engineering practices that will support our future growth.You will work primarily with Python and TypeScript to build innovative products that solve real-world problems.You will use AI technologies as part of product development.You will have a hands-on role with autonomy and direct influence on product decisions, architecture, and engineering culture.
