Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements: We require a BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.We require strong software engineering experience with a broad skill set, primarily in Python and C++.We require data-centric development experience, including Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.We require good knowledge of APIs, SQL, JavaScript, React, and data visualisation.We require a strong understanding of software architecture, clean code, testing, and scalable system design.We require technical leadership experience, including reviewing code, mentoring developers, or leading technical delivery in a small team.We require comfort using AI, LLMs, or agentic development tools in day-to-day software development.We require good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or similar cloud infrastructure.We require the ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical strategy clearly to business stakeholders. We are a growing motorsport technology business using F1 data and telemetry across a range of motorsport disciplines, with ambitious growth plans. This is a high-impact Staff Engineer / Technical Lead opportunity with significant autonomy, excellent progression opportunities, and the chance to shape our engineering future. The role is based near Bicester / Oxford, with three days a week in the office and flexibility to work from home two days a week. We offer a salary of up to £80k plus equity.
