Requirements: Significant experience leading AI, machine learning, or agentic AI projects from concept through production.Strong software engineering skills using languages such as Python or TypeScript.Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.Expertise in systems architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and modern data pipelines.A track record of translating business objectives into practical technical solutions.Experience leading technical teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams.Knowledge of AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI practices.Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with executive stakeholders.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience. Responsibilities: Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of agentic AI solutions for consulting engagements.Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and technical roadmaps.Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through end-to-end solution delivery.Conduct technical discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and executive teams.Review architecture, code quality, and engineering standards to ensure robust delivery.Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to recommend the most appropriate technologies.Run proofs of concept and technical experiments to validate solution approaches.Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, governance, and compliance.Document technical decisions, risks, and outcomes for both technical and executive audiences.Mentor engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices.
