Requirements: We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with deep Azure expertise.We need strong experience building and supporting large-scale Azure platforms.We need expertise with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).We need strong Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform.We need advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.We need experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.We need a strong understanding of cloud networking, security, monitoring, and high-availability environments.We need excellent troubleshooting skills and experience supporting mission-critical production environments.We value collaborative problem-solving and the ability to provide simple solutions to complex problems.We are looking for someone comfortable in a senior role who can provide some mentoring. Responsibilities: We design, build, and optimise highly available Azure infrastructure.We ensure our platform remains secure, resilient, and scalable as demand grows.We automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.We drive improvements across the software delivery lifecycle while reducing operational overhead.We collaborate with engineering teams to help shape platform architecture.We improve observability and performance across the platform.We champion Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps best practices.We solve complex technical challenges in a hands-on role.We support the reliability and evolution of our mission-critical cloud platform. We are a technology-driven FinTech operating a mission-critical cloud platform at serious scale, spanning more than 250 nodes and processing over 32 million requests every day. This is a flexible hybrid role based around our Reigate office, where you will join us twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings, with the other three days working from home. You must live within one hour of Reigate.
