Salary: £23,000 - 63,000 per year
Requirements: We require 7+ years of experience in PTC Windchill development and support.We require strong knowledge of Windchill PDM Link modules, architecture, and deployment models.We require hands-on experience with Windchill BRF and Info*Engine for integrations and automation.We require a solid understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes, including design, change, release, and manufacturing.We require experience working in engineering, manufacturing, or other complex enterprise environments.We value exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments and collaboration in cross-functional teams.We value familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Git/SVN, build and deployment tools, and automated testing.We require a bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.We require UK National status, preferably with prior SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.We require the ability to commute to, or regularly travel to, our Stevenage office or customer site as needed. Responsibilities: We configure and customize Windchill PDM Link modules, including Change, Document, and BOM Management.We design, develop, and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules.We implement customizations using Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs following best practices.We integrate Windchill with ERP and other enterprise systems using Info*Engine and web services.We ensure reliable data exchange, synchronization, and integrity between Windchill and external systems.We troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill performance, scalability, access, and data integrity.We provide ongoing application support and maintenance, and assist with upgrades, patches, and environment changes.We collaborate with business analysts, engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to gather and refine PLM requirements.We translate business requirements into effective Windchill configurations, customizations, and workflows.We advise on PLM best practices and participate in design reviews, solution validation, and user acceptance testing.
