Salary: £80,000 - 80,000 per year
Requirements: We require 6+ years of experience in data science or machine learning, including at least 2 years in a technical lead role.We require deep experience training and deploying computer vision models into production.We require a proven track record in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and productionisation.We require deep experience with MLOps on Azure, including CI/CD, monitoring, and scaling pipelines.We require strong coding skills in Python, with frameworks such as PyTorch, FastAPI, and Azure CLI.We require applicants to be free to work in the UK. Responsibilities: We develop, train, and deploy computer vision models, including object detection, image classification, segmentation, and multi-modal learning.We fine-tune, evaluate, and productionise multi-modal LLMs for business applications.We drive experimentation and prototyping of advanced ML and AI techniques.We provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to the data science team.We work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align ML strategy with business goals.We architect and productionise end-to-end ML pipelines on Azure, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring of deployed models.
