Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year
Requirements: Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and related services.Experience with Microsoft Azure administration, configuration and management.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, storage and cloud technologies.Experience delivering and managing IT support services within a business environment.Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft security technologies.Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.Experience managing third-party suppliers and service providers.Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Previous experience in an IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technical Manager role is highly advantageous. Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management, performance and development of our IT infrastructure and support services.Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of availability, performance and security.Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and SharePoint.Configure, manage and optimise Microsoft Azure environments, following best practice for security, governance and performance.Oversee IT operations, monitoring system health and proactively resolving infrastructure issues.Lead IT support services, ensuring end users receive a responsive and high-quality support experience.Manage incident, problem and change processes to minimise disruption to business operations.Work closely with third-party suppliers and technology partners to deliver effective IT services.Support business continuity, disaster recovery planning and cyber security initiatives.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new technologies where appropriate.Produce and maintain technical documentation, procedures and operational standards.
