Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year
Requirements: Experience managing customer accounts within a D365, ERP, CRM, or technology consultancy environment.Strong understanding of customer relationship management and account development.Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support account growth.Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities: Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of D365 customers.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities across D365 solutions, upgrades, enhancements, and support services within Business Central.Understand customer goals, challenges, and business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.Work closely with internal consultants and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.Support customer renewals, account growth, and identifying additional services or solutions.Maintain accurate account plans, customer records, and opportunity pipelines.Help customers maximise the value they receive from their D365 investment.
