Responsibilities: We gather and analyse customer requirements for system architecture, feature development, and third-party system integration.We represent our company in customer-facing engagements, including requirements gathering, critical design reviews, and integration efforts.We convert customer needs into clear, comprehensive software requirements that align with our system architecture and operational objectives.We evaluate proposed solutions to ensure they meet customer and internal specifications.We provide system-level guidance and technical advice to our teams.We maintain a consistent requirements baseline across all departments.We lead process improvement initiatives within our systems team.We stay updated on emerging technical topics to support ongoing projects and internal needs.We travel to customer sites worldwide as necessary.
