Salary: £136,560 - 145,500 per year
Requirements: Proven experience in service architecture or IT service design roles.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and application landscapes.Ability to create detailed service models and operational documentation.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Must hold or be eligible to obtain SC clearance.Ability to work with sensitive and classified information in compliance with government and organizational security policies.ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) preferred.Experience in large-scale enterprise or government environments preferred.Familiarity with service modeling tools and frameworks preferred. Responsibilities: Develop service architectures that cover infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.Work with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for new or modified services.Ensure new services integrate effectively with existing ITSM processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).Produce service design packages, including service models, operational procedures, and support documentation.Define service standards and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transition from design to live operation.Identify opportunities to enhance service performance and cost efficiency.
