We are expanding our commercial team and looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal. You will work with a healthy mix of pipeline sources: leads you generate yourself, inbound opportunities from marketing, and qualified meetings booked by our BDR team. This is a role for someone who wants to hunt, close and build a career in SaaS sales with real support around them. What you’ll work on Running the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal and close, primarily with mid-market ecommerce brands Building part of your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, supported by structured callout hours and a proven playbook Converting inbound leads from marketing and qualified meetings handed over by BDRs into revenue Demonstrating the Hello Retail platform and translating features like AI search, recommendations and Product Agents into concrete business value for merchants Keeping a clean and accurate pipeline in Pipedrive, with reliable forecasting on close dates and deal values Collaborating closely with BDRs, CSMs and marketing to sharpen messaging and improve conversion across the funnel Who we’re looking for 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally SaaS or ecommerce technology, or a strong BDR ready to step up Comfortable prospecting: you do not wait for leads to land in your inbox A structured closer who can qualify hard, handle objections and keep deals moving Curious about ecommerce and AI, and able to have credible conversations with marketing and ecommerce managers Fluent in Danish and English Coachable, competitive and a good teammate Why Hello Retail / what we offer A product merchants love, with clear and measurable ROI that makes selling easier Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Real enablement: structured sales training, defined methodology and hands-on support from sales leadership A social, ambitious commercial team across the Nordics, Benelux and Italy Short decision paths and room to influence how we sell as we scale Interested in this role?
