We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Surrey with complex health needs.

About the Role
As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £16.61 - £18.24
This position involves part time hours per week including days, waking nights and sleeping nighs.

What We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you’ll need:
A caring and empathetic nature Good communication skills A genuine desire to support others Basic IT and record-keeping skills A full UK driving licence is advantageous Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
